Among things left by previous tenant of our current location was an offset printing press. It was old, broken and very heavy (over 2300kg). We disassembled it for parts and scrap and decided to leave one side complete to use as furniture / art installation. After some cutting, cleaning, welding, and threading our old wooden table was finally changed for something more hackerspace worthy.

Table reached MVP and is used in social section of our hackerspace. Top is made from refurbished acrylic glass.
