Hardware:

  - GSM module  [[https://www.teachmemicro.com/arduino-gsm800l-tutorial/|gsm800l-tutorial]] - It's only 2g but it's easy to buy and cost 10x less than 3g. I didn't find 4g/LTE (witch will be cost x50 more than 2g)
