+The caps on the PSU (APSI-605AC Rev.C) are bad. Here's the values jotted down so that q3k can order some new ones:

+uF/63V caps are 20mm tall, 16 mm diameter, 7mm leg pitch. 220uF/100V caps are 25mm tall, 16mm diameter, 7mm leg pitch. The board came with Nichicon branded caps. C19 is visible bulged. C10 is burst. The rest look fine, but should be replaced regardless.
